In order to qualify as a wholesale drop-ship partner, you must be located in the United States (for shipment to U.S. locations only), you must own/operate an online store or brick & mortar boutique. An online store must have an active shopping cart for processing orders and a resale license. A brick & mortar boutique must provide a verifiable address and copy of resale certificate.

As an approved drop-ship partner, you will receive a Discount Purchasing Code which will allow you to process orders through our website. You will also receive permission to use the photographic images of any or all styles that you choose to offer (by copy and paste from our website). You may offer our styles at any price equal to or higher than the retail prices listed on our site. Please note that prices are subject to change.

Please note that some of our items are OOAK (one of a kind) and may not be suitable for sale on your website as we have only ONE of a particular item. In particular, items from our "Boutique Baubles" section and our Brass, Gemstone, Silk Cord, Pearl & Crystal beaded necklaces sections would not be good wholesale candidates. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

What type of wholesale discount will I be given?
Our wholesale discounts are tiered and based on purchase volume. This discount is taken off our regular retail price. We have 3 different discount levels. Once your lifetime purchases exceed one of these volume levels, we will upgrade your wholesale discount to the next level for all subsequent purchases with AddictiveJewelry.com. Once you sign up, we will provide you with details on the available discount levels and your first Discount Purchasing Code.

Shipping
Pieces may be shipped to you or directly to your customer. When shipping directly to your customer we will gladly remove all Addictive Jewelry contact information from the package. Shipping and handling charges for drop ship items within the United States are $7.95 per package (**up to 13oz.) via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation, including insurance. Packages over 13oz. are $15.95 per package via USPS Priority Mail. **All packages/items ordered that are over 13oz combined must fit into a standard "flat rate" Medium box or additional shipping fees will apply. All Shipping & Handling fees will be charged to your account as a separate charge at the time of shipping.

Delivery Time
Due to the custom nature of our products, most will ship in 3-5 business days; some items will ship sooner. Special-order Greek/Sorority items will ship in 7-14 business days of purchase date.

90 Day Warranty
All of Addictive Jewelry's items are custom pieces made specifically for you at the time of order, most are personalized. All sales are final. We take pride in creating high quality products with only the highest quality components. They are 100% returnable for workmanship or quality issues only in the form of a repair or identical replacement item. Within 90 days of purchase (with a copy of the receipt) if we made a mistake it will be corrected at our expense. (This does not include lost charms.) If a mistake was made on your part, you will be charged for the correction (ie, a restringing fee as shown below). If your bracelet does not fit properly, we will resize it for free, one time (a return shipping and handling fee of $5.00 will apply). Any further resizing requests will be charged at the following rates. Free resizing does not apply to necklaces ~ any required necklace resizing will be at the rates below:

Single Strand - $7.00
Double Strand - $12.00
Triple Strand - $17.00
Necklace - $10.00
Rosary - $10.00

Please make sure you measure carefully to avoid restringing charges. See our "Bracelet Sizing" section. Please be advised that not ALL items (particularly chain necklaces) can be resized. Also, in the unlikely event one of our pieces breaks after the 90 day warranty period, we will repair it for the restringing fee plus any missing pieces, and a Shipping & Handling fee of $5.00. No returns will be accepted without a return material authorization number! Please email us for instructions. ALL WHOLESALE ACCOUNT RETURNS MUST COME DIRECTLY FROM THE PURCHASER, NOT THE CUSTOMER! Items returned without an RMA number identified on the outside of the package will be returned unopened to the sender.
