How To Measure Your Wrist
To figure out which bracelet size is best for you, measure your wrist with a tape measure as shown in the picture (or use a piece of string to measure the length of your wrist and lay against a ruler). Now add 1/2" for babies/toddlers or 1" for young girls/teens/adults to ensure a comfortable fit. This is your bracelet size. If you find yourself in between sizes, always opt for the larger size (ie, if your measurement comes to 7-1/4", choose 7-1/2", not 7")...it is better to order a bracelet that is slightly too large than too tight. Please note that bracelets are measured from CLASP to CLASP (ie, when laid next to a ruler, measure ENTIRE bracelet). Extender chains are not included in measurements.
In order to avoid disappointment or late gifts, Addictive Jewelry recommends the purchase of bracelet extender chains. Available in two sizes, 1/2" (for babies/toddlers) and 1" (for young girls/teens/adults) - this is an easy way to avoid purchasing a bracelet that is too small.
We realize, especially in the case of gifts, that an accurate wrist measurement of the recipient is not always possible. For this reason, Addictive Jewelry always offers ONE FREE RESIZING/RESTRING within 90 days of purchase. See our FAQ page, Question #2, for full details. If further resizing is required, there is a $7 charge for resizing a single strand, $12 for double strands, $17 for triple strands and $10 for necklaces (or rosaries), plus $5.00 return shipping.
